Mack McClung, Founder and CEO of Vastland Company, is a visionary leader for his team. Creating a purposeful community is a product of his ability to successfully observe the demand of any community. Mack relocated to Nashville from Edmond, Oklahoma after seeing the never ending opportunities this city has.

Tamara Senibaldi

Tamara Senibaldi is an accomplished sales, business development and account management executive with 32 years of proven success driving record-breaking sales with a reputation for developing long-lasting client and customer relationships. Tamara leads a stellar team of onsite sales managers who provide complete support, from contract to closing, to our home owners and Realtor partners alike. She and her family make their home in Goodlettsville.

Ryan Keane

Ryan Keane joined the Vastland Team Fall of ’20 after a 22-year career with McHugh Construction Co. His experience includes responsibility for over $1B worth of construction projects ranging from High-end hotel renovations (Ritz Carlton – Chicago) to several 45-story plus mixed-use buildings including the famed 88-story Aqua Building (Chicago). Mr. Keane has most recently completed Kenect, 2010 West End and SoBro Apartments buildings located in Nashville, TN. Mr. Keane oversees Vastland’s Commercial Construction including Avalon Midtown – a 25-story apartment/hotel.

Chuck Leisure

Chuck Leisure is the Vice President of Architecture for Vastland bringing over 28 years of experience. Chuck attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he received a degree in architecture. His diverse work history of Architectural, Engineering and Construction offices helping him to understand the industry as a whole.

Lindy Vestel

Land Acquisitor, Lindy Vestel is an award-winning Entrepreneur, Realtor, Author and Title Executive. She relocated to Nashville from Texas, where she specialized in Commercial, Development, and Multi Family Development and Land Acquisition. She earned her Real Estate degree in 2003, after receiving a Business Degree from SFASU. Lindy sits on numerous Real Estate Organizational Boards both and is active in many charitable organizations in Nashville.

Phillip Gomez

Phil Gomez, Vice President of Construction at Vastland Communities, brings over 39 years of experience in residential construction. His attention to detail, knowledge of plans and procedures allows him to successfully manage multiple communities. Phil, known for his professionalism, integrity, leadership, has assembled a team with strong communications and customer care to bring Vastland Communities homebuyers a smooth process.

Caleigh McClung

Head of Design, Caleigh McClung, works closely with her team to curate practical, elegant and efficient homes for our buyers. She recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Samford University, with a concentration in finance and marketing. As a Nashville native, Caleigh is able to pinpoint and create the needs and wants of Nashville homebuyers.
